Preparation

Break the sugar into a bowl, break the eggs and beat until fluffy, add vanillin or vanilla sugar, kefir and soda to taste. Mix well and add flour little by little, without stopping whisking. Then divide the dough into 2 halves and add cocoa to one of them. Heat the oven to a temperature of approximately 180°C.   • Butter – 10 g
  • Milk – 1 glass (100 g)

Cooking method:

  1. In a blender, beat eggs with sugar. Pour in kefir. Beat again. Divide into two parts.
  2. Mix half the flour with half the baking soda. Mix the second part of the flour and soda with cocoa.
  3. Add flour and cocoa flour to two parts of the dough.

It turns out that this is exactly how sour cream was made in the past: cheesecloth was folded in several layers, sour cream was placed on the cheesecloth, and everything that did not run through the cheesecloth was whipped with sugar into cream. Take out the finished cake, let it cool a little and separate it from the paper on which it was baked. When the cake has cooled completely, take a plate and cut out a circle in the center. This will be the base of the “Vanka curly” cake.
